Cleaned my tile and carpet really good.carpet was fluffy after cleaning.
YOU CALL BEFORE YOU COME. YOU DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN DO TO MAKE MY CARPETS LOOK GREAT. YOU ARE HONEST ABOUT WHAT CAN BE DONE OR NOT TO GET STAINS OUT. YOUR GUYS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CARPETS AND YOUR PRODUCTS. BUT NOT PUSHY.
THE ONLY THING IS I REQUESTED JUAN IF HE WAS GOING TO BE OFF THAT DAY SHE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME AND I WOULD SCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER TIME. THERE WAS NO HURRY. HOWEVER WE HAD ART AND HE WAS GREAT.
In particular the spot removal. Thank you, will certainly recall should I own my carpet for a longer period of time. Great staff, thanks again.

Arch came to terms as to the price as we thought the price was too high at the start of the job but your office listened and came down a bit in order for the work to continue.Arch did an amazing job and was here for about three to four hours.He went away with a good size tip and we were left with much cleaner carper.Thanks again for a great job.

It's your customer service by far. I have lived in Las Vegas since 1996, and have yet to find a decent and honest carpet cleaning company. Rob (your technician) went above and beyond my expectations. Very effective in getting pet stains, etc. out of carpet. Plus carpet stays cleaner longer.
The after cleaning is a very soft carpet. The men who came to our home were very professional and courteous.
The tech. did a wonderful job on my carpet. He made the carpet look better than new with no sales pitches.

Not everyone has a huge space to clean, so it would be nice to offer pricing for those who have small areas vs paying the same as one who has three large rooms. Your tech's have been friendly,hard working and are very knowledgable. The carpet was re cleaned yesterday but still has the same streaks that are lighter than other parts. Not sure what happened but we are pulling this piece up soon, so not that big a deal. The tile eleaning estimate was too high for us to afford, but appreciate your efforts to take the time and attempt to resolve the carpet issues. Thanks!
The carpet cleaning was sub par. After the carpet dried it didn't look clean. I've used services off of Craigslist before that have done a much better job. I will not be using or recommending your company.
