no detergent, looks of carpet afterwards. I cannot say more how much I like the condition of my carpet after cleaning. it was dirty. I am also feeling good about adding the scotch guard on my two rooms. I always request the same man to clean. He is quick, poliet, professional and knows his business about carpets.

Did a very good job on heavily soiled and stained carpeting.
The quoted price and then the upsale price once the cleaner gets there was not appreciated. I hate that in businesses and find it shady and misleading.

We were completely satisfied with the excellent job that Rob did. Our carpet looks great! Rob was also very friendly and professional.
What I expect is always exceeded, there was a big paint stain on my couch & you guys were even able to get that removed. I didn't expect that to even be possible. There was also some spray paint overspray on the carpeting in my closet from an old DIY project, also completely gone when all I expected was for it to maybe only be partially removed.
I really only have two complaints. The Technician wore booties that captured the moisture from the carpets and then left treads and smears all over the hardwood floors. This just created more work for me. I had to mop the floors which I had no plans to do the next day. The only solution I can think of, is you need to lay some kind of rummer down on the areas like that.
I saw no significant difference in the kitchen tile floors when done.
The products used are safe & non toxic and still provide great cleanliness.
Technicians are always courteous and always call when they are on their way. Love having a green way to clean our carpets!! Thanks so much!
I have no complaints about the service the person that came to do the cleaning was great. My other carpet cleaner gets it cleaner but it's the residue that makes it get dirty easier faster, so I tried Zerorez
