I was very impressed with the Technician who came to my home. He called me about 10 minures before my appointment. He arrived on time. He introduced himself to me. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name as I write this review. The Technician explained the process and he was very professional and friendly. He took his time to move my furniture when needed and then placed the furniture back. I was impressed with how clean my carpets were after each room. The Technician expressed there could be a possibility that he might not be able to thoroughly get any stains out, but I wasn't worried. The Technician was able to get all areas of concern taken care of. I hope the Technician will be with the company next year when I get my yearly carpet cleaning. I don't think this is possible, the Technician mentioned going on his mission next year. No worries.
