The representative was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about cleaning my carpet. He was able to remove several pet stains made by my sick cat. He was also efficient, completing all the work in a timely manner.

My carpet is less than a year old. I chose Zerorez because you were supposed to be the best carpet cleaner in the business. My carpet literally stinks and now smells sour like moldy carpet. It's ruined and not even paid off yet. Ugh. Your product sucks.

This is the first time I used zerorez. There was a misunderstanding about estimated time of arrival for the serviceman to arrive. However, he was extremely courteous, explained the issue, did a thorough job of cleaning my carpets and explaining the process used. The rugs look great, and pet odor smells in my bedroom where the dog sleeps were eliminated, which was my primary concern.
