Recommended Reagan to our neighbor while he was working on our carpet. They visited and we think they made a plan.
Do you sell the little cloth pieces that were placed on our entrances to carpeted areas? We would like to get a few. Our carpet is very light and we like stepping on them before entering that area. We don't exactly know what they are.
I like that the product is green and non-toxic. It was easy to schedule the service and it was done at the time they promised without any inconvenience to me.
Tile floors seemed to have a film on them after the cleaning. I had to mop to get rid of it.
I want to acknowledge the thorough and professional job your company performed at our office over the weekend. It had been quite some time since we last had our carpet deep cleaned. Not only did you make the carpet look new again, but our tile and stone floors have never appeared so clean and bright.
As a customer, I appreciate the tight window of time you gave me for when the technician would arrive. In fact, he even called to say that he was running on time. I greeted a uniformed technician at the door, who took the time to protect all adjacent areas and installed temporary corner guards to protect the walls. I will gladly recommend Zerorez to all my friends and business associates.

My carpet looks amazing! I didn't have that sticky feeling after they cleaned our carpet. It's really clean and doesn't have that lingering odor that normal carpet cleaners leave.
The grout is back to the original color and the carpets feel and look clean. Rico was very nice and thorough.

Get a little more moisture out of the carpet. Maybe use a wet vacuum. The carpet was very wet for a long time. But the cleanliness was great.
Technician was here for 5 hours. Tile cleaning was ok left a few spots by where the tile meets the wall and also by the entrance. Paid for pet treatment and well the rugs smell nice but still have soil spots.
Technician spent more time going back and forth from the van to my house. I told him just leave the back and sprayer at doorway so you don’t have to spray and then taking it back to the van only to use the sprayer for the next room. Had the large sectional done and he forgot where he would leave off. Some of pillows were overlooked. The side and front of the cushions. Technician will be ok with more experience but with my house it was over his head. Paid a lot of money and really not happy.

I liked that the rug wasn’t nearly as wet as when I clean it myself! I was told that the traffic pattern would still be seen in our Master Bedroom, but I didn’t think it would still look “as dirty” as before it was done. As I told Rico (who was very nice BTW), I guess it’s time for NEW carpet!?.
I was very happy with the cleaning service of Zerorez and their tech Brad. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. The carpets look and smell great! Would certainly recommend your company to anyone that wants clean carpets!!

Andrew, the service representative, was extremely professional. Walked through and gave us an exact estimate for the cleaning. We were very pleased with this as it was about $100.00 less than the last company we had used. After the cleaning it took about 2 hours for the dry time and the carpet looked fabulous. Even the upstairs carpet, which is over twenty years old, looked and felt almost like new. We are very pleased with the people and the service. We will be calling Zerorez again next year to have this done again.
