I really like the idea of using steam versus soap. Won’t really know the true results for a few weeks to see if any dirt may come back or not. My carpets were only a-year-old and had no damage or dirt stains on them so they should be in good shape. They look better than new once he finished though. My technician Ammon was absolutely awesome! Very polite young man. Not pushy at all when recommending other services which by the way I elected to do all of the ones he suggested. I highly recommend this company!
They worked me into their busy schedule to take care of our dog’s accident. Professional and thorough. Great job!

Dale notified me he was on his way and arrived promptly as scheduled. He was very efficient and was able to remove significant staining of carpet as a result of a leaking pipe. He also enlightened me as to other services they provide for stone countertops and high end rugs. I have used Zerorez on numerous occasions and highly recommend their services.
