Good product
Carpet Cleaning and personnel. However, Grout Cleaning was just okay.
I called last minute for a service, no appointments available, they asked when I was needing it done by, and squeezed me in!! :D Customer Service, and the technicians who come out have all been wonderful, friendly.. when I walked through the door after my carpets were done, my house smelt great, carpets looked amazing!
Not to mention they always find the best way to save you money!!

Carpets we left very wet. There is still (2 days later) such a heavy chemical(?) odor that my wife has to sleep at her son's house. The technician did do an excellent job with his cleaning and I would like to commend him

Effective cleaning
No harsh chemicals, my carpet is never soaked in water when the technician leaves. They work really hard to remove any bad stains. Brandson is an excellent representative of your company. Thanks so much for a great job!!
There is no chemical odor and no danger for pets. Brandon did the best job of any technician who has ever cleaned my carpets. I tell everyone about Zerorez.
The tile floor looked great afterwards, both the tile and grout looked like new. The technician took obvious pride in the quality of his work and offered suggestions on how I could keep it clean.

The Rugs look wonderful and the smell was s great! Dale Taylor Jr was very pleasant and worked very efficiently. I would definitely recommend Zerorez. The price was very reasonable and I changed my order to add several rooms and Dale worked with the changes to try and give me the best price. Awesome staff.
