I like the salt treatment of the carpets. It ionizes the air within the game in addition to getting the carpets clean. The employees are always polite and courteous. Great company overall. It’s the only one I have used for several years.

3 room special was a great! Very accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment. Tech was friendly and did a great job cleaning the carpets. The 20 minute curtesy call was nice as I was running errands that day.
Reagan did a great job cleaning our carpet. My carpet is 13 years old and looks awesome. We have never used anything but zeroez! We attribute it's condition to that fact. It is a very light tan almost white and Reagan's comment was all of the wear areas cleaned up great and it looks new. He didn't know it is 13 year old carpet. I believe it's great condition is all from the care of zeroez!

Mike Noel is the gentleman who cleaned our couch and recliner and I was stunned because the couch looked showroom ready after 6 years of everyday usage by us and our pets. The recliner wasn't as bad but it also came up like new.
Mike also did our kitchen grout and again I was absolutely stunned. When he finished it actually looked like new! Over the years I have had the grout done a couple of times by other large companies. It NEVER looked this good!
The nicest two young men came to clean the carpets and they were so informative about the carpet and so polite. Our carpets look great!
