This is the first time I used your services. I had several recommendations from trusted friends. Michael came on Tuesday and far exceeded my expectations. He took care of all the floors in my house: carpets and tile and grout. He also cleaned a couch and 2 loveseats. My white grout in the kitchen looks new again.❤❤ Due to medical problems, the carpets were several years overdue for cleaning. They all look wonderful now. Michael put in the time and the hard work to completely bring my home back to what I desired. He was really a pleasure to have in my home.

The operator who came out to our house and cleaned our carpets was very nice and very professional and he also explained the process to me. The problem, if there is one, is that I felt the carpet would be cleaner . He explained the pattern areas, and I do understand that. Please, you and your staff - do enjoy your Holidays !! We just had our boat carpets cleaned and they look like new. Thanks as Zeroez never disappoints.

I would improve the service by going over traffic areas. I feel that my commercial carpet looks much better but could look even better simply by doing the hallways a second time. I did have my technician redo one hallways and it made a tremendous difference. It is just common sense and I don't understand why he resisted at first. Once I pointed out that it looked 'stripped' - that is 6 inches of clean next to 6 inches of not so clean, he redid the hall with a different wand that puts down more water. It worked so well. There were a couple of other areas that could have used the same thing.

I feel that Zerorez is awesome; it just needs to clean the carpet the way you would your own home. Do the traffic areas twice!

The technician was very friendly, took his time and concentrated on spots we wanted him to the care of, seemed very knowledgeable, and in the end did a wonderful job.
