The technician was a great listener, easy to work with, and did a great job on cleaning the carpet. Our carpet is older, but he did a good job. He assured our satisfaction before leaving. He was very efficient with his time and ours. He also was able to get out a spot I thought might not come out.

The results have been excellent. In addition, the servicemen have been first rate. We recently had service from a young man named Colin who treated our home like it was his. He went above and beyond what we've seen from other carpet cleaning companies in his efforts. We have had our home cleaned by Zerorez about five or six times over the past couple of years, and we will keep doing so in the future. I highly recommend this company.
