Very pleased with services... Technician (Mike German) and Tech Manager (Zack) arrived as scheduled and took the time to discuss my concerns. These guys are great! They accomplished the job in a courteous and professional manner. Treatment for pet stains and deodorizing was successful =) Thank you for taking care of me.

Our service man was very efficient and friendly. Our carpet was extremely dirty, and he didn't make us feel bad. He just made it look like new. Very effective process and we highly recommend it.
We recently purchased a new home and had only 2 rooms that were left with carpeting that needed desperately to be cleaned. We were not living in the new home yet so we arranged for them to come in and clean the rooms. I was called when they arrived and when they were finished. I could not believe how great those old, gross carpets came out. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future. Thanks Zerorez!
