While your employees Chris and Jacob were very nice, very polite and were careful to be neat and clean, I am disappointed that my shower stall did not come as clean as I had hoped - no experience with carpet cleaning but believe that is your strong point, not tile cleaning. I am pleased with the kitchen and bathroom floor cleaning, however. I feel I can do a better job myself in the shower. No need to come back, I'll take care of it myself and it won't cost me $150.
efficient technician and great office staff
The service man was very informative. He did not try to sell me services that I did not need. The carpet turned great! all stains were removed, and my 10 year old carpet looks like new again.

The tech was super knowledgable and took the time to explain all my options and the outcomes. Honesty is huge and he had an overwhelming amount of it.
My tile does not look any cleaner than before the service was performed so that’s disappointing! I guess I should not have been surprised bc when the tech arrived he was pretty intense when talking to me and told me the areas I wanted cleaned weren’t going to look clean when he was done- our house is only 2 years old...so, this surprised me. Also, my technician left my hardwood floors a TOTAL mess and I had to mop them twice once he left- he had to walk across them to get to our tiled areas.
When I originally called to get a quote for cleaning my upholstered couch, chair and ottomon, I also inquired about getting them re-scotch guarded or protected as the rep stated. The quote over the phone was approximately $65 to provide this additional service. On the date of service, the cleaner did not have this factored into the quote and when it was added on, added $100 to my bill. I am also disappointed in the quality of the protectant. Liquids still abosrb and stain my couch and I thought the protectant would prevent this. (I have small children and some spills are inevitable). I was hoping adding the protectant would help extend the life of the sofa but if it does not prevent stains, I do not understand the purpose it provides.
Always receive good results from the services rendered. Technician was well mannered and personable. Great care was given to protect walls and floors. Highly recommend our tech and the company.

Service was great. The young man was very attentive how he cleaned the carpets. He got almost of the spots out, more than I thought he could have.
Technician Dale Traylor was very professional, explained the whole cleaning process, asked what carpet areas we were concerned about and how he was going to address them and made sure not to disrupt any non carpeted areas.
Had to get a second service call which was done without hesitation and promptly. Issue resolved. Professional and courteous service.

We were very pleased with Zach who came to clean our rugs. He was prompt, polite, very neat, thorough and very knowledgeable about the carpets and the cleaning process. The rugs are very clean, dried quickly and look great. Would definitely use Zerorez again.
