Clean well with no residue. Mitch cleaned our entire home, tile and carpets. He was a hard worker and very focused on his work. I highly recommend this company. Easy to schedule and the employees have an excellent work ethic. We will ask for Mitch again!

My rugs and tile was a real mess from a dog that was ill for quite some time with quite a fair amount of soil. I thought I would have to replace the rugs. These guys came to my house and all I can saw is WOW! The rugs look almost new again. Thank you Zerorez!
Usually you get the spots out of the carpet. Most of the technicians are very professional.

We have used Zerorez numerous times and they are ALWAYS so profressional, curtious and neatly put together. They do a great job at cleaning as well as explaining what they're doing. If they think you may need something extra, they tell you what they have to offer and how much it will be. There's no feeling like you're being pressured and if you say no they don't look at you like you're crazy either. They're the only carpet cleaners we use.
The service agent was great. He was quite polite and knowledgeable and conscientious. He took the time to inspect the rooms being cleaned and share what he felt would work best. He worked quickly and the rooms looked great!

We had someone come to our house to clean the carpet’s and they told us that we needed to pay extra to have the carpet cleaned due to pet being in the room of the previous owner. After paying extra we were told that the carpet would be Still be damp for about seven or eight hours we were there all day and then came back to the house the next morning and the carpets were still wet and there was an even worse wet dog smell throughout the entire house which tells me that the person did not do a good job sucking all the water out of the carpet.
Technician arrived on time, was very personable and did a great job. He was able to remove pet stains. Will definitely use your service again.

I'm always super impressed with the service attitudes of the technicians. They are top notch and they do a great job making sure everything is done right. The office staff is efficient and friendly.
The service was fast and efficient. All areas looked good when service was complete, but once the carpet fully dried, some stains showed back up that look like normal pattern wear. Most stains that looked like they would be tough to remove came out easily while other normal wear returned. It just seems that that specific area must not have been done as well, and is frustrating that the stains are still there after the amount of money paid to have the carpet cleaned.
