The guy who came was very nice and professional, explained everything in detail, and I was pleasantly surprised that even our heavily soiled areas on an older carpet came cleaner than I expected. Great phone staff, and I had no problems with any part of the process. I would recommend this highly skilled company to anyone. Great job guys.
