Do have an issue. At the base of my king bed I have a 5 by 7 foot accent rug that is atop the wall to wall carpeting in the room. Underneath does not get dirty. Since cleaning the accent rug takes the same time as cleaning the rug underneath if it were removed, why the need for $35 more?? That is the price basically of doing another whole room! I agree if the 5X7 were alone at the front door it should be an added cost, but not in the case above. Name removed Phone number removed

The provider was on time for the appointment, he was upfront on what he thought that he might have issues with as far as stain removal.

the gentle that came was not very personable. when I called him back he answered the phone yeah. I said did you call me are you with zerorez yeah. he told me every stain that he looked at was pet stains. My pet stays in the kitchen and the back yard. I was charged an extra 40 dollars because he said they were pet stains.

I have never had someone question me like that. I like the company I just was disappointed in his response.

It's rare these days to have a company actually do what they tell you they will do. Zerorez does. From setting up the appointment to the completion of the job, I was very pleased. Michael went above and beyond to help me determine how to best treat my carpet and chairs and showed a genuine desire to make sure I was happy at the end of the service.

Your products work much better than anything else on the market. Your service is reliable and professional. Your policy of returning for free if stains resurface within 30 days is outstanding.

The representative was very nice and informative and did a very good job cleaning the carpets. However when Zerorez cleaned my carpets the last time they put protectors under the feet of my chairs and sofa. This time they moved the dining room chairs and two Victorian arm chairs to the kitchen and hallway and left them for me to move back.

I find this unacceptable.
