Our Zerorez carpet cleaning Tech was knowledgeable, respectful, thorough and I would highly recommend Zerorez to my friends.
Michael was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Products used took so really bad dog stains out that I couldn't remove. He took his time and I am very pleased with the end result. I would definitely ask for Michael again when it's time to clean carpets again. Thank you for a job well done!!!

There were several areas that were missed. We understand that once the grout is pretreated and wet, it's a little difficult to discern grime from moisture. Zerorez came highly recommended by someone we trust. We just feel that for the price we paid, the job should have been perfect the first time.

Your techs are very professional and I really like the fact you dont clean with soap. My drapes I had cleaned look almost new and smell great. I always recommend zerorez to folks when they need things cleaned.

Sorry forgot the 2 young men who provided the service. They were very polite and did a great job. They were here just to clean my furniture but ended up cleaning my travertine tile, which came out great, and my bedroom carpet. The results were first class. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and use them again.

My serviceman was very punctual and friendly. My carpet looked very clean and did not take long to dry. He was even able to lighten an old paint spot in my daughter's room.
