Very clean and barely damp carpet, prompt with a call on the way, extremely nice, friendly, professional service person. He put up protective barriers on my cabinets and walls so the hose did not touch them. All the spots and tracking on my carpets are gone with a pleasant fragrance of citrus in place of dirt. Thank you for a great job for a great price, rare these days!
