Your Technician arrived earlier than expected which worked out great for me. He was pleasant and efficient. The job was completed quickly and he was able to remove 30 year old gunk from the kitchen tile. What a joy! I'll be calling again for another property.

The whole experience was a 10! Making the appointment was easy. The technician showed up on time, was professional and did a great job and quickly. The carpet looks great and stayed that way days after, unlike other cleaning services. I would definitely use Zerorez again.
The 2 men that cleaned my carpets were very professional and friendly. They did a great job on a heavily soiled carpet.
The carpets in my rental looked very good. However, the price was not what I was quoted and the receipt I needed did not show the pet treatment done for all rooms as 1 room was discounted for the promotion as I didn't have 4 rooms. I needed receipt to show all rooms done for rental agency and should have shown amount discounted instead of the room removed! Then the PDF sent to me would not open in Adobe so I could not print. I finally had it open in browser to print but I don't need these aggravations under time constraints. At least one copy should be given at end of service.

There are large pet stains on the carpet that I thought would be less noticeable or gone after cleaning.They are really more noticeable now than before.What can be done about this?
Quick response time, especially important for cleaning a room for sterilization response. Clean and courteous, very careful of the premises beyond just the room being cleaned.
Our technician was very cordial, friendly and punctual. He explained different treatments in a very understanding way with no high pitch sales attitude. He told us the order in which he would be working the different rooms and furniture. Afterwards he told us the time elements for getting the areas cleaned the driest before use.
