Mike Noel is the gentleman who cleaned our couch and recliner and I was stunned because the couch looked showroom ready after 6 years of everyday usage by us and our pets. The recliner wasn't as bad but it also came up like new.
Mike also did our kitchen grout and again I was absolutely stunned. When he finished it actually looked like new! Over the years I have had the grout done a couple of times by other large companies. It NEVER looked this good!

Customer care, knowledge, professionalism is A+. Great company. Just referred you to my next door neighbor! The coffee I spilled on my wool carpet didn’t come up the first try, so someone from Zerorez came back and tried another cleaning product....and it’s gone!! I’m so happy!
I wasn't satisfied with the representative- he complained about a small spot of sweat on the front of his shirt, and I asked for foil under my dining room table legs, and my loveseat in the living room, he said it would be an extra service charge- I asked for him to give them to me and I would do it myself - he finally did it and said that it took him an extra 12 min to complete his work and that he should be charging for that. I paid extra for the dog cleaning and he asked for a specific spot - I thought when I paid for the extra for the room It would be for the entire room, not just a specific spot. - my cleaning space is much smaller than the 250 sq feet per room- maybe half of that, and I don't get discounted for that (I don't expect to due to not moving the furniture)- I was surprised at the attitude of the service person. _ I have had your services on other occasions (had discount pricing - this time I didn't wait for a special and paid full price)- generally the carpet is cleaned well, I don't believe it was cleaned as well this time. I am disappointed this time.
I wonder if this even matters to you. I know I am only one customer- I may look for another company next time.
