Your guys did a good job however, when they got there they charged us more money than what you advertised due to the size of one of the rooms. This is not stated in your advertisement nor did the lady that I scheduled the cleaning with discuss this with me. Kind of got blind-sided. Other than that, we had a good experience. Just fyi, the rooms were empty, no furniture.

The carpets were not racked up where furniture had been placed. Because this was a move out cleaning and there was nothing in the house we thought that would have been done.

It has been ten years since I had my carpet cleaned.
The carpet looks like new. The hallway shows some wear but what can you expect from a carpet that is 28 years old.
I am very pleased with the man who did the cleaning. He was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. He put on special shoe coverings so as not to soil anything.
He worked diligently and did a super job.
The price and the quality of service were excellent.
