Did not notify me of schedule change to add 2nd simultaneous tech at 2nd address— so could not watch 2nd quick job on couch 30-40 minutes— not much effort for high $129 — we did much better laundering covers w Rug Doctor detergent in washing machine. — so fabric a waste of money w Zerorez

The service was excellent and the technician and owner were professional, respectful and thorough.
The carpet stains are gone, smells good and clean. Cleaning took only an hour. Representative was courteous, he introduced himself, he told me in advance how he would clean carpet such as lifting stains, used water from the truck, and running water hose through front door area.
