Zerorez employee that showed up to clean our sectional, recliner, and four (4) bar stools was extremely polite. He did an amazing job on our furniture. He was affable and funny throughout the entire service. We never got his card otherwise we would request him by name any time we need additional furniture cleaned.
Excellent service at a fair price!
It just wasn't what I expected. The carpet was great, however the tile, although the man mopped it several times, still appeared to have a film on. It. To me, this was a lot of money spent with not a good bang for the buck.

I have been happier with Zerorez for many reasons. Zach, our technician, is professional yet personable and does his best to do a good job with our cleanings. I like that the drying time seems to be much less than past companies we have used. I like that I don’t have to worry about our people and pets being exposed to residue that may be harmful to us.

They cleaned our furniture and it turned out great. The technician covered our hardwood floors so as not to damage them.

We had a glitch... product stayed on floor but customer service and technician were very apologetic and came back quickly to fix the issues. My tile is beautiful!
