Zach did a great job making my carpet look and smell fabulous! I foster elderly dogs and there’s always a lot of work to be done, but Zerorez makes it look as good as new every time. We also cleaned our tile and it made such a difference. Thank you!
Your method gets out spots and stains that I believed to be permanent! Your technicians are very friendly and efficient. They are very careful to protect the homes they work in like installing corner protectors and wearing protective shoe coverings. I would never call anyone else!

The gentleman that cleaned the carpets and furniture was extremely knowledgeable. Not only that either! He was prompt (actually a little early), courteous, and extremely professional. The carpets and furniture looked and smelled great when he was finished! This gentleman worked hard and didn't waste anytime. I would/have recommended this company and the gentleman that I had the pleasure of dealing with needs a raise!

So far the carpet looks very good. No soapy residue that I can see. Dried within the specified time given by the tech. Also, the tech was on time and professional.
