The technicians were great. They explained how they could improve the high traffic areas in front of chairs & couches. They raked the carpet after pre-treatment and after the cleaning. They worked very efficiently, used a tarp & a bluecovering in the front door where the hoses came inside. Overall, one of the best cleaning job I've had in the last few years. Thank you.

The lack of residue is what sold me on your product/service. If you could eliminate ALL the fragrance, it would be 100% perfect!!!!
Very effective method of cleaning
Service person was very pleasant, worked quickly, quietly and was thorough in his cleaning. He was able to arrive early which he called to find out if that was ok. Asked about areas of concern and did a great job of cleaning them.

Your technician was very professional. He was on time and did an excellent job cleaning some tough traffic areas. The rugs dried in about 8 hours as he had said. With other carpet cleaning companies, I have waited a couple of days for the rug to dry. Thank you Zerorez!
