I have very light colored carpeting and I feel the method in which Zerorez cleaned the carpet did better than any previous method that we've used before. There were a couple of areas in the bedroom that may of needed a little spot treatment, but other than that we were very pleased.

I had your tech take an area rug to have cleaned. You called back with a price to clean the rug that seemed very high. I said OK to a $129 price and found out later from my wife that we only spent $40 on the rug to buy it. Why is it $159 to do a whole large carpet and $129 to do a small rug?

We were very pleased once again with Zerorez! Matt was very professional, prompt, and took care of cleaning the carpets thoroughly. We like they wear foot protectors and take care of protecting the woodwork by placing guards so the hoses don't rub on the corners. Highly recommend them!
