I am getting my parents' house ready to sell and they used Zerorez before, so I used them again. Their technician, Marino, was prompt and professional. He looked the carpet over and commented on how he felt the results would look. Then he set to working on the 5 rooms. The carpet turned out better than I thought an 18-year-old carpet could!
