The crew is running behind but once they arrived they were very efficient. They were very communicable on the steps they would take and what to expect with the drying process.

The time it took them to treat the carpet was right on track and we saw a dramatic difference in the carpet color and texture.

Price was right on point for the areas we needing cleaned.

Adam came to clean my living room carpet on a Tuesday, After it dried, it "woke up" a coke stain from several years ago. He came back and treated that spot again with only fair results. Last night he again returned with an "extractor" and was able to get it all out. I am so grateful since my home is going on the market soon.

Carpet feels good and looks great but our service man was wonderful. He really took the time to explain the process and listened to us as well.

I recently had my bathroom tile cleaned by Zerorez. I was totally amazed at how nice they look. The grout was nearly black and now is nearly white. What a nice surprise. I was actually thin king of replacing the tile.
