Very straight forward and nice let my carpet super clean

Morino was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He did his best to take out our stain the first time without doing a more expensive treatment. He did mention it could come back. The stain did come back but we were grateful he did try to save us some money and try to do it without it.

The second treatment nearly removed everything. He worked hard and late to be sure his best efforts were given to remove the stain. Blood is hard to get out so we were overall happy with the results.

I like that the carpets are not soaked or smell after being washed. Highly recommend this company and will use them for all our carpet needs.

Forgive me if I am spelling his name incorrectly, but the technician who cleaned my couch was Jaelyn and he did a fabulous job. He was very thorough and even cleaned the carpet area that got a little wet from the cushions.

You don’t use strong chemicals. Also I believe it was Adam that cleaned them. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

I like that the process is explained prior to beginning the cleaning. My tech was very thorough and attentive to what he was doing. And he went over everything he did when he was finished and asked if I had any questions. I also like that my carpets are dry by the next day. I only use Zerorez for cleaning my carpet.

The service tech, Daniel, was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He was very thorough and patient in explaining what he was doing and why. Though, due to the fact that my sofa was natural fibers, he was unable to remove spots that I had hoped would be...he gave it a good college try. I would definitely use ZeroEZ again, should the need arise.
