The guy that came to our home was very friendly, informative and approachable. He did a wonderful job and told us all the necessary things we needed to do after the cleaning for it to have the best outcome. Would love to have him again next time we need a cleaning!

Appreciated the call 20 minutes beforehand to let me know he was coming, and he showed up on time!
Knowledgeable about the carpets and the stains I wanted treated - he let me know that there wasn't a guarantee that it would come out because of the type of stain it was, but he worked his magic and my carpet is good as new!
The water pump broke on the van partway through the job so another tech had to come out but they were very thorough in their explanation and very apologetic - it wasn't an inconvenience at all, it only took an extra 15 minutes.

I like that Zerorez uses products and cleaning methods that don't leave residue in carpets after being cleaned. i also like that plastic corner guards were used wherever the cleaning hose or cords were to keep those from damaging the corners of walls and furniture. It was great that I could choose what rooms and other items like our loveseat were to be cleaned, and whether or not furniture would be moved, when I was initially setting up the service visit.
