Even though your employee did not come between 1:00 & 4:00 as I was told, he did an excellent job. I was very pleased who you sent. He was very kind, asked if I had any questions before & after he cleaned my carpet. He also told me what to do to help dry the carpet more quickly.

This is a first in using this company...my first impression on phone with receptionist Jessica...vert impressed with explanations, kindness, interest in meeting my needs.
The gentleman doing cleaning, very approachable, explained everything very well, reviewed policy, guidelines in performing services, cleaning solutions, amount of time for the job, care of carpet and stated several times if there was s spot that did not seem to lift to call and there would be a return visit.
