Our carpets were not sticky when finished. It did take longer to dry then indicated. We were told 12 to 24 hours and it was a good 2 days before dry.

I appreciated his attention to detail. He made some suggestions about the drying process as well. I was very impressed with him and the outstanding results.

We’ve had a lot of service workers out at our home. It’s sad to say, but it’s so hard to find good service these days!
