Angel called 30 minutes prior to arrival as planned. Arrived at our home, explained the process and available services. Once we decided what we wanted he got to work. Worked his tail off scrubbing our 2 recliners before doing the carpet. Did a SUPER job, was very polite, and then collected all of his tools and equipment, thanked us and was off. Will definitely use ZEROREZ again and will specifically ask for Angel.

The gentleman who cleaned our carpets explained the plan to verify our understanding of the services he was providing. He also used corner protectors which saved our woodwork and paint from the houses as he moved about the house.
