It was easy to schedule and to tell the scheduler exactly what I needed t be cleaned. Adam called a few minutes before he arrived. We walked through the area that need to be cleaned. He told us the cost. He started working, my wife left to do some shopping, and I began working on a project. He was done in 90+ minutes just like he told us he would be. He helped me pay my bill using his telephone.

The gentleman who came out to do the work did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets. He was also one of the most professional and friendly people who has ever done work in our home. This is an exceptional company.

The 2 gentlemen that cleaned my carpet were very respectful and very knowledgeable about what to do about the pet stains and what I can expect afterwards. They walked me through everything and checked in with me often. They were 1000 out of 10. You don’t find customer service like them anymore.
