The technician went above and beyond cleaning my carpets. What was supposed to be a 1 hour-ish job turned into an all-day fiasco due to him taking pride in his work and wanting to help me accomplish my clean carpet goals. He didn't stop for breaks even when I told him he could. I will definitely be using this company again!

Love the customer service and the Zerorez carpet cleaning system. Dries quickly and looks so nice (not sticky) almost like new carpet once they are done. I will continue to use.
