The service provider was excellent and quick. I really appreciated the ZeroRez service technician. His care and excellent service was outstanding.

Angel was amazing! He took the time to explain the process to us. His equipment froze due to the -35 feels like temp. He stayed professional and we waited while he did what was needed to get his equipment working. While waiting, he was very personable and polite. Feel free to give him a raise- he definitely deserves it.

Once he was finished, my husband said he had no idea that was the real color of the carpet! Well done. ZeroRez.

Your employee that did the actual clean handled himself very well and did great work. I wish I remembered his name to give him some praise but he did fantastic. Funny enough, the reason I’m doing a review right now is I went to my emails to find who did my last cleaning so I could book another one to get done asap! So will I be using you again?
