Ease of scheduling

Prompt arrival, thoroughly explained what and how the work would be done. There was an area rug with a large stain. He said it probably wouldn’t come out, gave it a good try and he was right. The old, unknown stain is still there. But I appreciated his trying.

This is the first time we tried Zerorez. We liked that the carpet did not feel "crunchy" and it seemed to dry faster than when we have had other companies clean the carpet. Angel was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable.
