I like that the process is explained prior to beginning the cleaning. My tech was very thorough and attentive to what he was doing. And he went over everything he did when he was finished and asked if I had any questions. I also like that my carpets are dry by the next day. I only use Zerorez for cleaning my carpet.

Though, due to the fact that my sofa was natural fibers, he was unable to remove spots that I had hoped would be...he gave it a good college try.
