The service person was very friendly and professional. He let us know which spots would probably not come out due to the age of our carpet. Our home smelled fresh after the carpets had been cleaned.

The gentlemen that did the carpet was very efficient. Even though he had some trouble with the equipment not working right. He got help and got the job done. The house smelled so fresh after the cleaning.
