I was very impressed with his work ethic, attention to detail and care in doing a great job! Please pass that on. He was promptly on time and we were given notice when he was on his way. He explained the carpet cleaning process thoroughly and had me point out any stains or areas of concern. As far as your products, I liked the citrus scent of the pre-treatment. We like that this is a pet- friendly carpet cleaning. We are happy with the outcome of the cleaning. We have old carpet so it's hard to judge. My husband has noticed a few lighter streaks in the carpet, we were not sure what caused that. But again our carpet is old. Overall we are very happy. We were especially pleased with your great customer service, Thank you!

The service was great - your technician came out in the middle of a rainstorm. He was pleasant and efficient and the house had such a great fragrance when he was finished. He did not promise to get out all of the stains; but the treatment made a big difference in how the carpet looked.
