I like that it's just water and it doesn't leave soap in the carpet. My dog has allergies and that is better for him.

The tech Jordan is a very nice young man. He was punctual, did a very fine job, was courteous, and should be commended for it. He represents your company well!!
Even though my carpet is old, it looks very nice!
I would definitely use Zerorez again and would recommend them!

Our service person was great! He was very professional and took his time making sure our carpets were clean. He made sure spots were treated and spent extra time getting them out. When he left everything was clean and smelled great.

Your associates are prompt and courteous, efficient and they pay attention to detail. This is the third time in 4 years that we have had Zerorez clean carpets in various rooms in our home, and we have been so very pleased with the results each time. We won't use any other carpet service- Zerorez is the best!

Great customer service! The service person who came out the second visit was great too! I apologize I forget his name. He was very friendly as well. He did a very nice job going over the few areas where my husband noticed the streaking. That took care of the problem. Carpet looks great. We are very pleased. Thank you.
