Well organized when we called to set appointment. We receive a call the day before. Showed up on time. Tech was careful to cover up wood floors when applying the pre treatment.

Zerorez helped me out when another carpet company failed to show up for the appointment we had arranged. I called Zerorez at 3:41 in the afternoon in a last ditch effort to see if we could get our carpets cleaned before our New Year's Eve party. Mercedes was amazing and calmed me right down, she checked to see if there was a technician available and checked with her superior to see if they could make it happen. She called me right back and said that they could get someone out. From the time of my initial call and the time that carpet was cleaned was 2 hours!!! Absolutely amazing service, and our carpets look beautiful and were clean and sanitized for all the little ones to play on for our New Year's Eve party!!!

I can tell easily that my carpet is much cleaner after a treatment. The employees are always very efficient and courteous. Special shout out to Jordan, who came this week, and helped my husband do some shoveling so the truck could get in the driveway more easily. He also helped me move several pieces of heavy furniture. Thanks for letting me know about your special. Will call again.
