Your employees were great, service was fantastic, prompt and courteous - will definitely use again. I had a rug picked up, cleaned and brought back. The expected turn around time was 2 weeks, it was only 1 day!!!!

The area that was cleaned was in a daycare. The carpet was soiled and had many spills.
I came into the room after it was cleaned and it looked great, the spots and spills were gone and no chemical smell.

My carpet had spots of dog and cat urine on it for years and zerorez got it all out! The smell is gone and so are the stains! I ran my carpet cleaner once a week almost and tried every product imaginable, but finally my carpets are clean again. I no longer have to be embarrassed when people stop by, because my house no longer smells like animal urine! I could have saved myself a lot of money if I would have just called zerorez in the first place!
