It is like magic! I don't know what it is, but I am SO protective and selective (what/when to use it) of my spot remover because I am afraid I am going to run out! This appointment - I've had purple fingernail polish spot in my master bedroom carpet for like 8 months - so I had gotten to where I didn't even notice it. My technician asked me what it was, I told him and he said he could get it out.........I laughed inside - HE GOT IT OUT!!! And that spot was not even part of what warranted my appointment - he just saw it and took care of it!
