What do you like about our products and services?

The service was great - your technician came out in the middle of a rainstorm. He was pleasant and efficient and the house had such a great fragrance when he was finished. He did not promise to get out all of the stains; but the treatment made a big difference in how the carpet looked.

I liked the prompt service....it only took a few days to schedule an appointment. We had several carpet pet stains that were totally removed. Your cleaning crew was very professional and thorough. The tile and grout cleaning was long overdue and that floor looks brand new now and shines brilliantly. I would highly recommend you to anyone who is looking for excellent service.

I have very light colored carpeting and I feel the method in which Zerorez cleaned the carpet did better than any previous method that we've used before. There were a couple of areas in the bedroom that may of needed a little spot treatment, but other than that we were very pleased.

The carpet is left not only clean, but soft. Jordan, our serviceman, was excellent, and made sure to go over every room's spots before starting to clean, and then when he was done cleaning, asked me to make sure it was done to my satisfaction.
