First time using. When carpet dried some spots still showed. Called and they returned promptly. Some of the stain was old and could not be completely removed which I understood. Had service in February. Our home sits on small crawl space so floors are not real warm.. Therefore, drying time was 24 hours not the shorter time we were told. This might be considered when performing service on carpet in this kind of home. Employees very professional and on time as promised. Would use again but not in winter time.

It was outstanding. We had Stanley steamer the day before and still thought the carpet was too soiled to move in. Zerorez came the next day and did a fabulous job. The house is now ready for move in today.
And I have them booked for my own house next week!
That no chemicals are used
We have a very old carpet...it's 49 years old. We have been afraid to clean it. The gentleman who cleaned our carpet, dining room, living room and 14 steps did an excellent job.
Like that they know what to work with in a situation when cleaning the furniture.
My carpet is 16 years old and we just got a new puppy for Christmas. Zerorez came in and cleaned it up and got rid of the puppy poopy smell and stains in no time! Recommending a good spot stain remover for those future puppy piddles!! Thanks guys!!
