Aaron and Rob were fantastic! Aaron walked through the house with me, listened to what I wanted, and was great talking through how to clean the carpets. Rob was great talking with me about our rugs and figuring out a cleaning plan. Both were friendly and nice to work with. Our carpets are perfect! We will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to others.

Thanks to zerorez for providing me with a $25 gift coupon after I was denied the $25 dollar cleaning coupon. My friend notified you of the situation and Zerorez followed up with the $25. That's wonderful customer service and I will definitely recommend you to my friends in the future!
