All other interactions with the customer service team (scheduling the appointment and the courtesy call the day before) were very good.

The service was fantastic. The quality of the work was just as fantastic. My carpets look wonderful compared to what they were - and they were pretty bad. My technician was knowledgeable about the stains I had, was courteous, friendly, and professional. I had a few stains re-appear after initial cleaning, but the technician came back - same one I had initially ("Aaron" by the way). I was so glad he was the one that came back. He did another fantastic job tackling the stubborn, been around for years, stains. I can't say enough good things about Aaron.

A very dirty and stain carpet was left me from the previous owner of the home. You were able to get the carpet to look like new.
