This is the 3rd year I have used the carpet cleaning service. I appreciate that the appointment window is stated and the technician arrives in that time frame. The work is always done efficiently and thoroughly. On this last service I especially appreciated that the technician was concerned about making sure my cats didn't get an opportunity to escape.
