Does a great job of cleaning without stiffness to carpet. Carpet dries fast so less down time and Doug was very considerate and careful in my home (corner protectors, mopped up water droplets on wood floor, etc.)I'm very pleased with the end result.

First time using. When carpet dried some spots still showed. Called and they returned promptly. Some of the stain was old and could not be completely removed which I understood. Had service in February. Our home sits on small crawl space so floors are not real warm.. Therefore, drying time was 24 hours not the shorter time we were told. This might be considered when performing service on carpet in this kind of home. Employees very professional and on time as promised. Would use again but not in winter time.
