Easy, quick and affordable
I was blown away by Rick,my Zerorez tech who did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet which had not been cleaned for eight years...Rick explained the procedure, helped me move furniture then showed me the disgusting water after he finished. He used a black light on the entire carpet to look for pet accidents (we have eight cats) which was not as bad as I imagined. He was professional, kind and fun to have in or house. The products smelled amazing, our carpet looks new and we are extremely satisfied with Zerorez. Thanks to Van and Bonnie from WHO for hooking us up with such a wonderful company!!!
I like zerorez because Doug cleaned everything I had requested-----rugs and couch and two chairs and two entryways that are carpeted and did so quickly and with success. It is all good. Very good in fact. He decided what should have extra care and what could be omitted with the same amount of expense that I had planned for. the carpet smells good (like new) and feels soft and fluffy.

Doug was concerned about doing the job right. I don't use carpet cleaning often because we are very careful with our carpet. The only other time I cleaned it we used Oxy-clean. There is no comparison between you and them. I would probably rate them a 2 as compared to you with a 9 to 10.
