as a health care provider who specializes in lung disorders, I appreciate that Zerorez uses a minimal amount of chemicals to clean your carpet. Asthma and carpeting don't mix for several reasons, but the Zerorez method cleans the carpet in a very responsible way to at least make living with carpet tolerable. as for the cleaning techs, they are prompt and reliable. keep up the good work!

Mike was extremely professional and by far the best carpet cleaner we have had visit our home. He was able to remove several stains, and he was careful not to damage our property with his equipment. In the past, a small shrub of our has been killed by the heat from the hose; not this time! Most importantly, he thoroughly explained the process and was upfront with the pricing prior to the cleaning.

Vert friendly young man. So helpful and got right to work. He explain everything fully. My cat has thrown up on a few occasions. He explained that procedure and some possibility that it may not come out. It looked like new when he was done.There was not a hint of shadow to be found. No way to tell where the stain was.

The young man, Doug, who serviced our home did a great job and was very thorough. However, we were not pleased when we went to pay the bill and found that the lady who had quoted our cost had raised it $30 without letting us know. Doug called the company and got it straightened out for us. Thank you, Doug! I have heard that this happens quite frequently with this company. Someone in management needs to check the accuracy of the information that is given out over the phone as to cost of services. Thank you.

I like the concept of using green products and steam to clean the carpet. The technician was very informative about the different products and machines used to complete the cleaning process.
