The service technician was excellent. He was thorough and worked hard to address the areas in our carpet that were the greatest concern and they looked great when completed.
I was a bit disappointed in the customer service when I called to ask for an update on the appointment window. Although I appreciate we were eventually scheduled as the first job, she gave me no offer of assistance on the phone. All other interactions with the customer service team (scheduling the appointment and the courtesy call the day before) were very good.
