So far no respotting. I was waiting to do the survey to see if spots came back. And my carpet was a real mess. I'm a basically neat person and the carpet was making me crazy. I couldn't have handled a poor job.
The service was excellent from start to finish. Everything from the helpful woman on the phone when I called, all the way to the feel, appearance, and smell of the carpet when the man left. I will absolutely be using Zerorez again. We have used other companies in the past and nothing compares. The man that did our carpets even thanked my husband for his military service and tolerated my crazy kids. We are very pleased!
