Professional employees who explained what they were doing and gave advice on how to keep carpet clean.
The fact that you do not use any soap to clean the carpets yet you are able to get them clean and sanitized with extremely hot water. This way I am not left with any soap residue in the carpets.
Employee was courteous and friendly. He asked if there were any particularly troublesome spots, and made sure to address them. I appreciated his asking me to do a final walk-through, which helped in finding a few more spots. Cleaning was thorough and professional.

The scheduling process was very easy and the lady on the phone was very friendly. The man that came to clean our carpets was nice. he did a lot of work just himself without complaining that we had to move more furniture out of the way.
