Professional service, polite, thorough, prompt. I like that chemicals and soap are not being used on my carpet. The citrus smell is so fresh. I'm a 5 x repeat customer and wouldn't call anyone else. The best part of Zero Rez is the lack of chemical and soapy smells that I've experienced with other companies.i am super sensitive to chemical or perfume smells, but no worries! My carpet smelled fresh and clean but not with headache inducing smells that linger for days.

The gentlemen that came to clean the floors were clean, polite and very knowledgeable of the product. I like that the cleaning process is non-toxic as I have a child and a dog. My son has respiratory problems and asthma that are exacerbated by harsh environmental stimulants, so this was a great option for us.

Clean carpet without the smell of musty, soapy carpet
I was able to get scheduled within several days of my call for service. Service was quick and done well EXCEPT somehow the workers left two NEW stains on my upstairs hallway carpet. I tried to get them out, but can't. Would appreciate them coming back to work on them. Thanks!
