The guy was very friendly and helpful. It did take awhile for the carpet to dry - 3 or 4 days. But all of our pet stains came out and it feels like a new room again.

Water goes in and dirt comes back out with it. I think of it as being clean. I thought that my carpet still needed a little cleaning in the main traffic area and your person came back and cleaned again and I am happy with the results. Thank you. I will probably have you come again in the future.
