Friendly service and my carpet looks new!

It was quick and did a good job without a soap residue.

I had your tech take an area rug to have cleaned. You called back with a price to clean the rug that seemed very high. I said OK to a $129 price and found out later from my wife that we only spent $40 on the rug to buy it. Why is it $159 to do a whole large carpet and $129 to do a small rug?

The cleaning process is safe for my pets and the service staff is pleasant and thorough.

We were very pleased once again with Zerorez! Matt was very professional, prompt, and took care of cleaning the carpets thoroughly. We like they wear foot protectors and take care of protecting the woodwork by placing guards so the hoses don't rub on the corners. Highly recommend them!

The guarantee worked great. After we had our tile cleaned, I wasn't happy with the results. I called them the next day and they immediately scheduled a new crew to come out and do the job over. Now it looks great.

The technicians were great. They explained how they could improve the high traffic areas in front of chairs & couches. They raked the carpet after pre-treatment and after the cleaning. They worked very efficiently, used a tarp & a bluecovering in the front door where the hoses came inside. Overall, one of the best cleaning job I've had in the last few years. Thank you.

The lack of residue is what sold me on your product/service. If you could eliminate ALL the fragrance, it would be 100% perfect!!!!

Very effective method of cleaning

Service person was very pleasant, worked quickly, quietly and was thorough in his cleaning. He was able to arrive early which he called to find out if that was ok. Asked about areas of concern and did a great job of cleaning them.
