Technician (Mike) was very professional and knowledgable, highly focused on doing a quality job in timely manner, and open/honest about things that couldn't be completely cleaned such as set in stains (although he worked pretty hard on those areas to do his best). Also he was a nice person and seems to really have a passion for what he is doing. Mike also had a trainee with him (Howard) and they seemed to work well together. Very pleased with their work and would recommend both them and the company to others

Natural, we have dogs and it cleans the carpet better than anyone else! Techs and people answering the phone are professional and friendly.

The technician was very friendly and helpful and very informative and was able to get all the stains out that I had requested he did a great job and didnt leave any mess and the carpets look amazing and there supersoft and the house smells much better now thank you

Good communication on when they would come. Fast service, completed the job quickly. Came back to reclean some stubborn spots. Seems to have done the trick. Happy with their customer service.

I have had my carpets cleaned 3 times by Zerorez. I will never have anyone else clean the carpets. I really like the fact that they use NO chemicals. The servicemen have been just excellent at my house. Also, they left my carpets not only very clean & sanitary but so so soft. I love it & already know I will be calling them again next year!!!!!
