Wonderful service technician who helped us--Doug Peterson. Had excellent advice on our cleaning issues, was here exactly on time, quickly and efficiently did the job--and was very polite and nice, too. I'll definitely ask for him again.

Zerorez has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced! I spoke to two gals on the phone (Emily and Naomi), who were so friendly and helpful! Timely scheduling, follow-ups etc. individual who did scheduling was so friendly and professional. Carpets look great. I will recommend this company to everyone. :)
