carpets are soft not crusty. second time I have had my tile floors cleaned and they look brand new. service is awesome and the people that clean are the greatest.

We had some pet stains and the service person worked really hard to get them out. Some of the stains returned (he said no guarantees), but they are lighter in color. Our carpets were improved! Overall, we are happy with the results even though we got off to a rocky start with the service person getting stuck in the mud. My husband worked to get him out and you guys worked to still clean our carpets that same day vs re-schedule....thank you!

The service was quick and efficient. We called one day and our carpets were cleaned the next day. No soapy residue feeling or crunchy carpet!

Most of all, I liked how clean you got my carpets. There were a few areas that didn't get clean the first day, but the technician came back in a couple of days and tried again. Doug (my technician) was professional, knowledgable and friendly. I also liked that, while the carpets were damp immediately after they were cleaned, they were dry by the next morning.
