The representative who came to clean the carpet was on time and checked out the carpet prior to cleaning. He got right down to work and was done in no time. The carpet is very old but looked so much better the next day.

I appreciated the reminder email of my upcoming appointment with instructions on how to get the house ready for my appointment and what to expect. Mike was the carpet technician who came to my home and he went the extra mile keeping me informed on the carpet cleaning process, options for treatments, etc.. He was friendly and informative and he worked hard to get my carpets looking great. I am so glad I finally called to schedule that appointment!!!

Justin did a great job at cleaning the carpeting. I really appreciate his help in getting the apartment ready for new tenants to move into. Really like the technology used and have been pleased every time. The most recent use was on a rental home and the carpet was pretty questionable. It looks great now that Zerorez has been to the house.
