It was fast and clean and the crew put down tarps and covered their shoes. I liked the minimum use of soaps for lack of a better word.

Zerorez got stains out of the carpet at our previous home that Stanley Steamer couldn't or
didn't. We are now in a new home, so carpet cleaning was done not because the carpet was dirty but to remove loose fibers to help with allergies.

Professional staff, explained the process and was done in the time allowed.

Staff member was very professional and on time. He was knowledgable about the products he was using on the carpet to treat spots and scotch guarding. We used another company last year because we waitied until the last minute to schedule but will not do that again as the carpet was stiff after it dried.

The carpets were in a duplex that looked like they had not been cleaned for some period of time. They were extremely dirty and by the time Justin was done cleaning them they were clean. My son and his wife are expecting their first child shortly. My agenda was carpets clean enough to put the baby on the floor and not worry about what's in the carpet. Zerorez accomplished that. Extremely pleased!!
